Eradicating bad habits in yourself can be done with determination and some courage!

When you can step outside your comfort zone, your change will occur.  When you stop doing what feels familiar and comfortable, your life will change.

First ask yourself:  How can I do things differently?

They say that small changes- what you do daily: driving home in another direction.  Eating differently.  Brushing your teeth.

Don’t share what you are trying to do with someone else.  Sometimes the negative comments and thoughts of others can be your worse adversary!  Let others share that they see a change in you.

Change your thoughts and change your life!

Eleanor Roosevelt says:  “You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.  You must do the things which you think you cannot do.”
